Hotel Florence Nice

Eco-friendly hotel in central Nice with on-site honey production

Sustainability & Eco-Friendly Practices

Hotel Florence Nice holds both the Green Key label and the Marque Qualité Tourisme for its commitment to sustainable tourism. The property produces honey from beehives installed on the rooftop, which is served to guests at breakfast. Local partnerships ensure that dining ingredients are seasonal and sourced from nearby producers, reducing the carbon footprint.

Guests can enjoy the buffet until 11:00 every morning, with options that cater to vegetarian and vegan diets. Complimentary hot drinks, including coffee and hot chocolate, are available from a machine in the breakfast room throughout the day.
